Been some crazy weather up here in Michigan.  (Winter finally hit). So, it's been tough to get outside and swing.  Maintaining my gym routine, focusing on golf muscles and cardio...on my third Stack System session I am seeing some improving numbers for sure.  A few even went straight!  Looking for the piercing ball fight that drops to the right.

Age bro. I'm gettin older.  I look at this program as maybe an offseason routine...not necessarily to bulk and bomb it, but to maintain & small gain.  Looking at the decrease in distance men have...I thought, how can I counteract that?
This is what stemmed out of that idea.

I have decided to start a speed training program...using 'The Stack System'.
The shipments of the actual club trainer and the launch monitor arrived a few days apart.  I felt this was a great opportunity to do a 'before' session.
Here are the numbers from 1-10-24, before the start of speed training.
I used the last 25/30 balls to collect the data for the five clubs.  Believing this will give my body the most flexibility and warmth.
Speaking of warmth...
Two variables I'd like to add to this experiment is that 
1. It's winter in Michigan...So I'll be adding temp (Today was 36 degrees)
2. While I continue this training through the winter...it's off practice mats - not actual grass.
My best drive came after the five stat drives. With hitting off mats - the tee height can be another variable.  I hit the five stat drives off the highest tee, this drive was one light down.
Here we go! Baseline numbers set...excited to get started with 'The Stack System'.
